For DTC & ecommerce brands

Scale profitably with creative that keeps pace with the algorithm.

On today’s ad platforms, targeting is largely automated and creative does the heavy lifting. We’ll show you how to use AI to produce, test and scale ads that lower your blended acquisition cost — and measure growth the way profitable brands do.

The ecommerce squeeze

Why growth feels harder every quarter

Rising acquisition costs

CPMs creep up, platform ROAS looks fine, but your bank account disagrees. Contribution margin shrinks as you push spend.

Creative fatigue

Winners burn out in weeks. You need a steady stream of new concepts, not just new colors on the same ad.

Attribution chaos

Meta, Google, TikTok and Shopify all claim the same sale. Without a source of truth you scale the wrong things and cut the right ones.

Retargeting dependency

Your “best” campaigns mostly re-convert people who were going to buy anyway. New-customer growth stalls.

Thin offers and weak pages

Great ads send traffic to product pages that don’t answer objections, so conversion rate caps what any campaign can do.

Founder bandwidth

You’re running ops, product and customer service. Ads get attention in bursts, and performance follows the same pattern.

What you’ll build

A profit-first growth system for your store

AI-generated product lifestyle images arranged on a screen

Creative engine

A weekly pipeline of new ad concepts.

We teach you to mine reviews, support tickets and competitor ads with AI to find the angles that actually sell, then produce statics, product-in-context imagery, UGC-style videos and founder-led content at volume.

  • Review-mining prompts that surface the exact words customers use
  • Angle libraries by persona, problem, desire and objection
  • AI product photography and lifestyle scenes that keep your real product accurate
  • Creator and UGC briefs plus AI-assisted editing for fast iteration

Measurement

Know your real numbers.

We set up a simple, honest measurement stack: platform pixels plus server-side events, clean UTMs, a breakeven ROAS from your actual margins and a weekly scorecard built on MER (total revenue ÷ total ad spend) and new-customer acquisition cost.

  • Contribution-margin and breakeven ROAS calculator
  • Conversions API, enhanced conversions and TikTok Events API setup
  • Post-purchase survey (“How did you hear about us?”) to sanity-check attribution
  • Holdout and geo-test basics to measure true incrementality

Scaling

Scaling rules that protect margin.

Scaling isn’t just raising budgets. You’ll learn when to scale vertically, when to add new concepts instead, how to read diminishing returns and how to set guardrails so a good week doesn’t become a bad month.

  • Budget-increase rules based on marginal, not average, performance
  • Creative refresh cadence tied to frequency and hook-rate decay
  • Seasonal and promotional calendar planning (BFCM, launches, restocks)
  • Channel expansion order: when to add Google, TikTok and AI search

Campaigns that work for ecommerce

The ecommerce campaign stack we teach

Simple, consolidated structures that give the algorithms enough data — fed by a constant supply of distinct creative.

Funnel essentials

Fix the page before you scale the ad

Paid traffic magnifies what your store already does. We review your offer and landing experience alongside your campaigns.

Offer architecture

Bundles, kits, subscriptions, free-gift-with-purchase and tiered discounts — structured to raise average order value without training customers to wait for sales.

Ad-to-page continuity

Dedicated landing pages or product pages that match each ad’s angle, so a “sensitive skin” ad lands on a page that leads with sensitive skin.

Proof stacking

Reviews, UGC, before-and-after (where allowed), press and guarantees placed where objections actually occur on the page.

Post-click capture

Email and SMS capture, abandoned-cart and browse-abandonment flows so paid traffic keeps paying after the first visit.

Sample 90-day plan

What 12 weeks looks like for a typical store

  1. 01

    Weeks 1–2: Economics & tracking

Calculate contribution margin, breakeven and target ROAS by product; audit pixels, server-side events and feeds; launch a post-purchase survey; build your weekly MER scorecard.

  2. 02

    Weeks 3–4: Research & angles

Mine reviews, support tickets and competitor ads with AI; build persona and angle maps; write your first 30 hooks and produce your first batch of 10–15 distinct concepts.

  3. 03

    Weeks 5–8: Test & consolidate

Restructure Meta into a testing plus scaling setup, launch Performance Max with an optimized feed, run weekly creative batches and get coach reviews of every result.

  4. 04

Weeks 9–10: Landing page & offer work

Build angle-matched landing pages for top concepts, test an AOV-raising offer and tighten retention flows to lift customer lifetime value.

  5. 05

    Weeks 11–12: Scale & expand

Apply scaling rules to winners, add TikTok or YouTube with proven concepts, and document a creative calendar you can run (or hand to a team) after the program.

FAQ

Ecommerce questions, answered

What store size is this right for?

The program works best for brands with a proven product and a working store — whether you’re doing your first sales or scaling an established line. If you haven’t validated product demand yet, start with a free ad audit or our blog.

How much ad spend do I need?

We recommend at least $1,000/month to test meaningfully, though some students start smaller. Higher-spend brands benefit most from the scaling, measurement and incrementality lessons.

Do you cover Shopify and other platforms?

Yes. Our tracking and landing page lessons are platform-agnostic, with walkthroughs for common ecommerce setups including Shopify.

Will AI images misrepresent my product?

They shouldn’t — and we teach you how to prevent it. Our workflow uses your real product photos as the reference and reserves AI for scenes, backgrounds and variations, with a human accuracy check before anything runs.

Do you cover Amazon ads?

Amazon Ads is outside the core curriculum. The creative, offer and measurement principles transfer, but our platform training focuses on Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok and AI search.

Which tier should I choose?

Most brands choose Accelerator ($2,997) for weekly account reviews. VIP adds 1:1 strategy and a done-with-you account build for brands ready to scale fast.
