SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program name and description

Program name: AI Ads Coaching Program Alerts
Operated by: AI Ads Coaching Program (“we,” “us” or “our”)

When you opt in, you will receive recurring marketing and informational text messages (SMS and MMS) from AI Ads Coaching Program. Messages may include:

  • Confirmations and access links for forms you submit, such as applications, contact requests and ad audit requests;
  • Strategy call scheduling links and reminders;
  • Live coaching call, webinar and event reminders;
  • Program updates, new content and important advertising platform changes;
  • Tips, resources and newsletter highlights; and
  • Promotional offers for our own coaching programs, products and events.

Messages may be sent using automated technology.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on a form on our website and checking the box agreeing to join our email newsletter and receive text messages. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message describing the program and how to opt out.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to agree to receive text messages to buy any product or service from us. If you would like to enroll or purchase without opting in to text messages, please contact us and we will help you.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided, and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity and our programs. For example, you may receive several messages around a scheduled call or event and fewer messages at other times.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your wireless plan. We do not charge you for text messages. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to (555) 010-2026 or reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL.

After you send STOP, we will send you one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. If you want to join again, sign up the same way you did the first time, or reply START to any of our messages, and we will start sending messages to you again.

You can also opt out by emailing support@aiadscoachingprogram.com with your mobile number and the request “Stop texts.” We will process requests received by email within a reasonable time, generally within one business day.

Opting out of text messages does not unsubscribe you from our email newsletter. To unsubscribe from email, click the unsubscribe link in any email.

7. Supported carriers and carrier liability

The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered because of carrier issues, network coverage, device settings or other factors beyond our control.

8. Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program. The program is intended for residents of the United States. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected through the program is used to deliver messages to you, honor your requests and maintain records of your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your information only with service providers, such as our SMS platform provider and wireless carriers, solely to deliver messages on our behalf, and when required by law.

10. Changes to your phone number

If you change or deactivate the mobile number you used to opt in, please reply STOP from that number before deactivating it, or email us so we can remove it. This helps prevent messages from being sent to a number that is reassigned to someone else.

11. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms or modify or end the program at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If you continue to receive messages after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. You can always opt out by replying STOP.

12. Other terms

These SMS Terms are part of our Terms of Service, including its dispute resolution provisions. If there is a conflict between these SMS Terms and the Terms of Service concerning the text message program, these SMS Terms control.
