3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate and personalize the Services, including enrollment, onboarding, coaching calls, ad reviews and community access;
- Review applications and audit requests and schedule strategy calls;
- Send the email newsletter and text messages you agreed to receive, including reminders, program updates, educational content and promotional offers for our own products and services;

- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4. SMS and text messaging
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on any of our forms, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from AI Ads Coaching Program, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- How we use it: to send the messages you requested, honor opt-out and help requests, keep compliance records and improve our messaging.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our SMS platform and wireless carriers) that help us deliver messages on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Opting out: reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@aiadscoachingprogram.com or (555) 010-2026.
For complete program details, see our SMS Terms.
5. Email newsletter
When you check the consent box on our forms or subscribe on our newsletter page, we add your name and email address to our mailing list and send you the Weekly AI Ads Brief and other emails about our content, events, products and offers. We use an email service provider to store our list and deliver emails, and it may collect open and click data to help us understand which content is useful.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us. We will process your request promptly, and in any event within the time required by law. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send transactional or service-related messages, such as receipts, account notices and responses to your requests. Unsubscribing from email does not opt you out of text messages, and opting out of text messages does not unsubscribe you from email.
6. Website forms and Netlify
The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you submit a form on the Site (for example, an application, contact request, audit request or newsletter signup), the information you enter is transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed and stored by Netlify’s form-handling service on our behalf. Netlify may also process technical information such as your IP address and browser user agent to deliver the Site, detect spam and protect against abuse.
Each form submission includes the information you enter, whether you checked the consent box, the consent language shown, the date and time of submission and the page URL. We may forward form submissions to our email, customer relationship management (CRM), email marketing and SMS platforms so we can respond to you and deliver the communications you requested. You can learn more about how Netlify handles data in the Netlify Privacy Statement.
Our forms include hidden anti-spam fields. Please do not submit sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers, health information or full payment card numbers) through our forms.
7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
- Strictly necessary: required for the Site and forms to function and to protect against spam and fraud.
- Analytics: we may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar privacy-focused analytics) to understand traffic, page views and conversions in aggregate.
- Advertising and retargeting: we may use pixels and conversion tools from platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft and LinkedIn to measure ad performance and show our ads to people who have visited the Site. These platforms may collect information about your activity across websites over time.
Your choices: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Network Advertising Initiative, and the ad settings of each platform. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising where required by law. Our Site does not otherwise respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
8. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers: companies that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting and form processing (Netlify), email and SMS delivery, CRM, payment processing, scheduling, video conferencing, course hosting, community platforms, analytics and customer support. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Coaches and contractors: members of our coaching team, who may be independent contractors, access member information as needed to deliver coaching and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Advertising partners: as described in Section 7, which some state laws may consider “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described below. This never includes your mobile number or SMS consent.
- Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or legal process, or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our members or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy’s protections.
- With your consent: for example, if you agree to let us feature your testimonial or results.
Information you post in our community or during group coaching calls can be seen by other members. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We retain records of consent and opt-out requests for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable law, which may be longer than other records. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
10. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
11. Your choices and opt-out rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Email: click “unsubscribe” in any email, or email support@aiadscoachingprogram.com.
- Cookies and ads: adjust your browser settings, use the opt-out tools in Section 7 or enable Global Privacy Control.
- Access, correction and deletion: contact us as described in Section 17.

13. International visitors
The Services are operated in the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you or our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business as the legal basis for processing, and you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
14. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, enroll in a program or opt in to our text messages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
15. Third-party links and platforms
The Site and our programs may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools and platforms, including advertising platforms, AI tools, video hosts and community apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Your use of third-party advertising platforms is governed by their own terms.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the Site.
